Yes we require 24 hours of notice for cancellation of an appointment. Our team members travel over 1 hour in some cases each way. We want to ensure that our team members are not just covered for travel time but also potentially losing the day of wages. We also want to be fair to all parties, if moving the appointment by a few hours can work then there will be no cancellation fee or fee to move the appointment if same-day. If there is a cancellation after the 24hr window we will charge 40% of the fee, as we do not believe charging a full fee is fair to our clients.

In most situations we mobilize a team of cleaners. Depending on the size of the space, scope of work and time we find a team of 3-5 works optimally. For larger projects we can send a larger team of in some cases 15 staff.
We are happy to accommodate all special instructions and special requests, let our team know when booking of any special requests/instructions for the job and we will ensure it is communicated to our team members and team leaders will make sure it is carried out as you wish.
Yes, we like to keep continuity for our regular service client’s so our teams become familiar with all nuances with your space, also its great to see the same friendly faces. We will replace team members if they are not feeling well for the visit, if this happens you will be made aware ahead of arrival.
